Daniela Raffio

Daniela is a skilled Policy and Transformation Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the public and voluntary sector leading complex programmes of change. Daniela originally started her training in the arts hoping to become an illustrator before completely changing direction and being awarded a First-Class Honours Degree and subsequently a Master’s in International History and Politics.

Since graduating, Daniela has worked in various senior management positions. Her work has won several awards including the 2015 National Positive Practice in Mental Health Award for the Development of a Self-harm Pathway and winner of the 2018 Government of Jersey; Working in Partnership Award. She currently holds the position of Head of Commissioning and Service Redesign within the Government of Jersey

Daniela loves traveling and being quarter French, quarter Scottish and half Italian has family all over Europe whom she regularly visits. Outside work Daniela is kept busy with three teenage children, she loves painting and also enjoys reading and being part of the Aureole Choir.
