The second edition of the Jersey Songwriting Camp brings together talented songwriters, producers and artists from Jersey, the UK and beyond. Hosted at Greve de Lecq Barracks and led by Jersey and Swiss-based professional songwriter Kaiya Campbell, the event will take place over six days, offering a unique collaborative environment designed to inspire creativity, connection and innovation with artists at different stages of their careers.
Sunday 14 June 2026, 10-4pm- Songwriting in the Music Industry Workshop
The camp begins with a one-day workshop for young local creatives. This practical workshop day will provide insight into the day-to-day workings of the music industry, covering songwriting basics, the benefits of collaboration, as well as information about publishing, production, creative roles and career pathways, while bringing together aspiring local musicians.
Friday 19 June 2026, 7pm- Songwriters Showcase
The camp will conclude with a celebratory gig featuring local musicians showcasing new songs. An opportunity to network with industry peers and for local audiences a chance to catch the first performances of the Island’s emerging talent.
