A welcome return Swiss-based Jersey composer and musician Grace MacDonald, joined by UK-based sound and film artist Shamica Ruddock, for an evening of electronic and pop experimentation.

3rd Person, 1st Person, 2nd Person, a new audiovisual performance by Grace MacDonald in collaboration with Swiss visual artist Manon Keller, combines live music (saxophone, voice and electronics) with video.

Shamica Ruddock presents a continuation of her improvised sonic project Drum Language, using electronic experimentation to explore Maroon and African-Caribbean folk drumming traditions. Following a residency in Jersey, she will present new work connecting her ongoing research with the island’s landscapes and histories.
