Gailina is a non-executive Director, entrepreneur and retired listed company executive with more than 20 years experience in commercialising personalised medicine and bioinformatic technologies, establishing strategic alliances in North America and Asia, managing public-private partnerships, and translating ideas into viable business opportunities.
Gailina holds a BSc in Molecular Genetics & Molecular Biology (University of Toronto), a LLB (Western University), an MBA (Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University & Schulich School of Business, York University), and is a certified adjudicator (Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators & Osgoode Hall Law School, York University).
