Bubbletecture temporarily deflated due to high winds
In light of the high winds forecast for St. Helier, ArtHouse Jersey would like to inform the public that Bubbletecture, the arts charity’s latest public artwork at IFC2, has been temporarily deflated as a precautionary measure.

The safety of visitors and the artwork is of the utmost importance, and the installation will remain out of action until weather conditions ease. Members of the public can expect the bubbles to ‘reappear’ and bring their dazzling light and colour back to the Esplanade sometime on Wednesday 3 September.
Director of ArtHouse Jersey, Tom Dingle, said: “Bubbletecture was programmed to bring joy, surprise and wonder to Islanders and visitors. While the elements are an integral part of how this artwork is experienced, safety must always come first. We look forward to reinflating the spheres and welcoming everyone back to continue enjoying this spectacular installation.”
Bubbletecture, part of the Butterfield Public Arts Series and presented in partnership with Jersey Development Company, runs until Sunday 14 September at IFC2, Esplanade, St Helier. The installation remains free, unticketed and open to all once reactivated.
