Visual artist Athene Greig and musician Christopher Haddow merge their creative practices in an openended exploration of land, sea, and the sensory traces they leave behind. Using field recordings, analogue tape loops, drawing, painting, and writing, the duo will respond intuitively to the surrounding environment and to one another, bringing the outside in through layered, experimental gestures.
Through resonance, both acoustic and emotional, they seek to capture the subtle frequencies of place, allowing image and sound to drift, overlap, and settle. Their process will be shared with the public during an informal open studio and performance on Friday evening, offering a glimpse into their evolving collaboration and the landscapes they’ve translated into form. Tickets/Booking: £5 via Eventbrite.
