Future Festive

Winter Art Market

Artist Call-out

Tuesday 8 to Sunday 20 December 2026

This December, ArtHouse Jersey’s Future Festive: Winter Art Market will return from 8-20 December 2026.

Future Festive is a market space for Jersey artists to showcase a range of artworks across all media - which may include any special ‘not-for-sale’ items - as part of the Christmas season.

ArtHouse Jersey is inviting proposals from Jersey-based artists who would like to take up a stall for the duration of Future Festive.

The conditions are as follows:

  • Each stall will consist of a table (approx. 1.5 x 0.75m) and some wall hanging space, so artworks for display should be of a size to fit in this area. Stalls or stall areas may be customised as best meets the requirement of each artist’s work and creative displays are welcomed!

  • Set-up of the stalls will take place on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 December ready for the evening opening at 5.30pm-7.30pm on Tuesday 8th December.

  • Artists do not need to be present to attend their stalls. ArtHouse Jersey will be staffing the space and will process any purchases. Each artist will then receive a final balance sheet. However it is encouraged that artists attend eg, the market opening (Tuesday 8 December) and one or two ‘late-night’ openings (eg, Thursday 10 and Thursday 17 Dec) to promote a ‘market gathering’ ambiance and opportunities for local visitors to meet and talk with the artists

  • All sold items will be subject to a 15% commission to ArtHouse Jersey to support its charitable work

  • Any work sold during Future Festive may be collected by buyers immediately. Where this is not possible, a final ‘collection day’ will take place on Mon 21 December.

  • Stalls with any unsold items must be collected on Mon 21 December.

To be considered for a stall at Future Festive, please submit a short proposal by 23.59 on 23 August 2026. Your proposal should include:

  • A one page description with any supporting documentation/links of the work you intend to sale, including an indicative price range of the works to be sold and also any preferences, as appropriate, for the format of presentation on the stal

Artists will be informed if their proposal to participate in Future Festive has been accepted or not by late September.
