Children at Grand Vaux School get creative with Lauren Radley

For the last few months, artists have been visiting schools across the island to deliver workshops as part of the Skipton School Mural Project. Artist and illustrator Lauren Radley worked with students at Grands Vaux School. Lauren's workshop focused on encouraging children to think about who they are as individuals and what's important to them as as a community.Lauren has used the children's ideas and illustrations as inspiration for a jigsaw-like mural that reflects the school as a whole.

Watch the video to see how Lauren and the children got on during in the workshop and to hear what the children have enjoyed about the project!

The Skipton School Mural project is sponsored by Skipton International and produced by ArtHouse Jersey.
