ArtHouse Jersey is pleased to announce the latest in their Collins Pop Up Exhibition Series this time with local artists Corey Chad Ceccarelli, Nina Zaech and Corina Tuinea. The Collins Pop Up Exhibition Series is a programme of intimate weekend exhibitions featured across the year at ArtHouse Jersey’s HQ at the historic Grève de Lecq Barracks studios. This exhibition will take place on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 March 2026, running from 10am to 5pm on both days.

Corey Chad Ceccarell is a Canadian contemporary multi-disciplinary artist who now resides in Jersey. His art blends themes of energy, humanity, science, nature, and sexuality using mediums such as acrylics, found objects, and recycled materials to create works that aim to resonate with emotion and curiosity.

He said, “I am honoured to present work within the Collins Pop Up Exhibition Series at the Barracks for ArtHouse Jersey and alongside my fellow talented artists. The pieces I am sharing explore the spirits of the land, the soil, water, trees, and the presence of those who came before us. Nature holds memory, and through art I hope to create a moment where viewers can feel that quiet dialogue between past and present”

Nina Zaech creates minimal and optical drawings, linoprints and large scale acrylic paintings which explore geological elements and rock formations. For this exhibition she has made playful drawings and wood panels which were inspired especially by working with clay and making bread dough.

She said, “I am really looking forward to showing my latest work and meeting fellow artists and art lovers. From my previous experience doing an ArtHouse Jersey Pop Up Exhibition in 2022, I especially appreciated the inspiring exchanges with the other exhibiting artists and the visitors. My present works, drawings and wood panels, are inspired by working with bread dough and clay. There is something fascinating about it, and relates to a greater view of mass - rock formations, earth forming, human body”.

Corina Tuinea is a young artist interested in the eerie, fantastic and uncanny. She takes inspiration from her experience of having lived in many places, as well as her vivid imagination. Currently Corina enjoys overlaying thick paints onto sketches to create dense and absorbing representations of reality.

She said, “I am excited to exhibit work alongside experienced, multi-disciplinary artists. My artworks are inspired by my experience of having lived in many places, as well as my vivid imagination. For this exhibition, I have created absorbing and imaginative pieces that explore my interest in the theme of thresholds and the uncanny feelings they evoke. Working in parallel to Nina’s exploration of geological matter, I seek to understand what happens to common objects and daily scenes when our feelings and perspectives shift”.

The Collins Pop Up Exhibition Series is a programme of intimate weekend exhibitions featured across the year. It invites the community to enjoy the work of local artists in ArtHouse Jersey’s unique exhibition space for a short ‘pop up’ time period and provides artists with a professional space to showcase their work.
